When your company's pay period comes to an end, all your employees time sheet data will be available in the "Payroll Data" app.
For each employee, the Payroll Data app will display the totals regular hours, overtime hours (based on their contract) and holiday pay hours for that particular pay period.
If you have to make any adjustments, then you can make those now.
If your company uses Easy Payroll for your payroll management, then all you need to do is approve the hours on WorkSmart and the system will automatically send the hours data to Easy Payroll for your accountant to process the payroll.
Once you have checked the hours data for each employee, you can export the data as an Excel or a PDF file.
