Setup Two Factor Authentication

Your company may have enabled two factor authentication for the login. In which case, you need to follow below instructions on how setup 2FA.
Pre-requisite : Please download "Google Authenticator" app (links below) or any other similar app (e.g. Microsoft Authenticator, Authy, etc.) of your choice.
iOS/iPhone users - Click here to download Google Authenticator app
Android users - Click here to download Google Authenticator app
Step 1 : Sign In normally to your WorkDigital account
Step 3 : Select the "Authenticator App" option from the dropdown and you will be presented with a QR Code and a "key" if you cannot scan the QR Code.
Step 4 (a) : Scan the QR Code in your authenticator app and click Next.
Step 4 (b) : If you are unable the scan the QR code, then you need to copy the "key" displayed below the QR code and paste in the authenticator app - see this link for details instructions on how to do this.
Step 5 : On the next screen, enter the 6 digit generated in the authenticator app on your phone.
If you are unable to scan QR code, then you need to manually copy the key and paste it into the authenticator app on your phone as explained below .
Google Autheticator app
Tap the "+" icon in the bottom-right corner of the app and then select "Enter a setup key.
Paste the "key" you copied in Step 4 (b) in the "Your key" section
Enter "WorkDigital" in "Account name" and keep the "Type of key" as "Time based" and click "Add"
Microsoft Authenticator
Tap the "+" icon in the top-righ corner of the app
Select "Other" in the next section "What kind of account are you adding?"
Allow permission to open camera it it promps.
Then select "Or enter code manually"
Paste the "key" you copied in Step 4 (b) in the "Secret key" section
Enter "WorkDigital" in "Account name" section and click "Finish"
