Timesheets

The Time Tracker app documents the daily or periodic working record for an employee.

  • Date: The specific day being recorded
  • Work Hours: Time spent on regular duties
  • Break Duration: Unpaid rest time during the working day
  • Overtime: Hours worked beyond the contracted schedule
  • TOIL: Time-Off in Lieu accruals
  • Notes: Any special circumstances or context

Timesheets form the foundation of accurate payroll processing. Rather than paying based on scheduled hours, organizations pay based on actual hours recorded in timesheets (subject to manager approval).
