Multi-Location Rotas

If you manage more than one location, use the My Locations filter and group By Location to see everything in one rota grid. Totals per location help you spot gaps and move people quickly.

Set up the view

• Open Shift Management.
• In Filters, choose My Locations (or a specific subset you manage).
• In the grouping dropdown, pick Locations. Each location becomes its own row group with per-day totals.
• Use the week arrows to move between weeks; the header shows the active range.

Move people

• Drag a shift to another location row (if the employee can work there).
• Three-dot menu on a shift: Edit, Copy, or Delete.
