How do I build a rota quickly?
Section titled “How do I build a rota quickly?”Use Auto Populate to fill the selected week(s) from working patterns, then tidy in the grid. Finish with Publish and Share.
Can I copy last week?
Section titled “Can I copy last week?”Yes. In the rota grid, use Copy Shifts to duplicate a good week, then tweak differences.
How do I manage multiple locations at once?
Section titled “How do I manage multiple locations at once?”Set My Locations in Filters and group By Location. You’ll see per-day totals per site and can drag shifts if cross-site work is allowed. See Multi-Location Rotas.
How do I fix conflicts or change a shift?
Section titled “How do I fix conflicts or change a shift?”Open the shift’s three-dot menu to Edit, Copy, or Delete, or drag it to another day/person. Conflict icons highlight overlaps—adjust time or assignment to clear them.
When should I use auto-populate vs manual edits?
Section titled “When should I use auto-populate vs manual edits?”Auto-populate to start (consistent with working patterns), then edit/copy for exceptions or last-minute changes. Avoid building full weeks from scratch.
