Locations

Locations represent the physical offices, practices, or facilities within your organisation.

  1. Navigate to the main HR Management dashboard
  2. Click on HR MANAGEMENT in the sidebar
  3. Select ORGANISATION from the menu
  4. Click on Locations in the left navigation panel

  1. On the Locations list page, locate the Add Location button at the top of the page
  2. Click the Add Location button
  3. Enter the name of location (e.g., “Purley”, “London”, “Manchester”) and it’s address
  4. Fill any of the remaining details as appropriate.
  5. Click the Submit button to save the location Add Location button and form
  1. On the Locations list page, find the location you want to view
  2. Open the location’s record details page
  3. Switch to the QR Code tab to view QR code for that location. Location QR Code
