Q: How do rooms/areas work?
Section titled “Q: How do rooms/areas work?”A: Rooms sit under locations and are used for scheduling and capacity. Create them in Organisation > Rooms.
Q: How do I set public holidays?
Section titled “Q: How do I set public holidays?”A: Open Public Holidays, choose the country/region, add dates, and save. Holidays sync to scheduling and time-off.
Q: Can I change a location’s timezone?
Section titled “Q: Can I change a location’s timezone?”A: Yes, edit the location. Future schedules and timesheets follow the updated timezone; review rotas if you shift zones.
Q: Who can edit organisation settings?
Section titled “Q: Who can edit organisation settings?”A: Admins or roles with organisation permissions. Managers typically can’t change locations or holidays.
