Organisation Setup FAQ

A: Go to Organisation > Locations, click Add Location, enter address/timezone, and save. Add rooms/areas next.

A: Rooms sit under locations and are used for scheduling and capacity. Create them in Organisation > Rooms.

A: Open Public Holidays, choose the country/region, add dates, and save. Holidays sync to scheduling and time-off.

A: Yes, edit the location. Future schedules and timesheets follow the updated timezone; review rotas if you shift zones.

A: Admins or roles with organisation permissions. Managers typically can’t change locations or holidays.
