View and manage allowances from a single list.

What you see
Section titled “What you see”- Employee: Everyone with an allowance for the selected year.
- Year: Switch the year at the top to view current or prior allowances.
- Unit: Days or Hours, matching each policy.
- Annual: Total entitlement for the year.
- Used: Confirmed time off that’s been taken.
- Remaining: What’s left; negative values show overspend.
Use filters on the left to focus on a location and switch the year filter to view balances for different periods.
