Holiday Allowances

View and manage allowances from a single list.

  • Employee: Everyone with an allowance for the selected year.
  • Year: Switch the year at the top to view current or prior allowances.
  • Unit: Days or Hours, matching each policy.
  • Annual: Total entitlement for the year.
  • Used: Confirmed time off that’s been taken.
  • Remaining: What’s left; negative values show overspend.

Use filters on the left to focus on a location and switch the year filter to view balances for different periods.
